Quick and easy!

3 hardboiled eggs (which, I found out, bring to a boil and wait another 12 minutes, put in ice immediately works best)

Macaroni salad: simply make noodles (We do brown rice noodles) and mix in a small amount of mayo and chopped onions. Make a big batch for the week

a hunk of cheese, whichever type you prefer.

hummus, and you can include aimg_0753-3 few veggies (we buy the hummus)

Not a bad little meal. It held me over for 3 hours and I even lifted that day, so more impressive. Sometimes you get sick of a typical meal, so this is a bit different.
