I used to do the common model of an assessment and a few follow-up appointments for nutrition. This simply doesn’t work unless it is a very specific problem that requires a simple solution. More often, we need to build a solid foundation of nutrition principles and this requires more contact and constant feedback. This is why I do monthly nutrition coaching. Here is what you get each month:
One on one meeting: in-person or FaceTime/Skype
Weekly call to review and plan our action steps
Unlimited email/text support. In fact, this is critical for accountability
Membership to a private group with all my clients which includes documents outlining my nutrition principles, recipe sharing, and general support. Once a client, always a client. So you always have access to this even if we don’t work together month in month out.
