I’m a Registered Dietitian who loves home cooked, from scratch, locally sourced food. I’m also a Strength Coach who loves the benefit of high quality workouts. However, I really don’t enjoy cooking for long periods of time. Tough, uncomfortable workouts are not my idea of fun.

My work is dedicated to helping you find the right balance of what you need to do to be an amazing version of yourself without any unnecessary fluff.
